We recently revisited this hotel and it proved to be a good option for an overnight stop when traveling. Located in a secure, gated area with other hotels, it's easy to access from the autoroute. The room was well-appointed, with a separate toilet from the bathroom, a large and comfortable double bed, and plenty of pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel's internet connectivity was problematic in some rooms, and the behavior of the Orange Telecom staff was rude and unhelpful.

The reception staff were excellent in dealing with and adapting to my father's disability and also to the needs of my mother who had recently undergone surgery. We stayed at the hotel during our long journey from Spain to England to see family for Christmas.

Nothing, but just a snappy, poorly trained waitress in the dining room in the evening. Quite the positive opposite of the waiter Alexis. Overpriced but ok breakfast

Enjoyed delicious dishes inspired by Catalan cuisine on the terrace, felt like a fancy local. Perfect place to stop overnight on a long journey, felt like I was in a luxury pit stop. Loved the friendly atmosphere and range of amenities, felt like a spoiled diva.

Who needs shade around the pool in the boil-your-brains heat? I enjoyed grilling for a tan.

The absence of elevator and the very small surface of the room

This is one of the better Novotels from the Accor chain. We used it over 15 times over the last 30 years. It is always a pleasure to return once and a while. Very friendly staff. And always clean rooms with well maintained out fit. New is a restaurant Courtepaille, close by in the area, also belonging to the chain with very good quality food and pleasant service.

The WiFi connectivity is lousy and not up to Novotel's high standard as service provider. Novotel staff is aware about the too many complaints. The Orange system used in all Novotel outlets should be replaced by a privately owned Novotel netwerk for the Internet connectivity. The staff is personally informed, and let us hope for a quick change.

Me and my friends had the best time in Perpignan, exploring the city and catching a game at Stade Gilbert Brutus. The hotel was super close to all the action and the rooms were comfy AF. The staff were cool too, always helpful and friendly. Can't wait to come back and do it all over again!

The only thing we wished for was a sick party scene at the hotel. It would've been epic to have a cool bar or a chill rooftop hangout where we could meet other young peeps and have a blast.

The food in the restaurant was excellent, also the staff were very good.

Convenient location close to motorway, comfortable bed, helpful receptionist, delicious buffet breakfast, quiet and peaceful night, good for travelling with pets.

The hotel was incredibly clean and offered great breakfast options. The location near the airport made it convenient for our business trip, and the free wireless internet was a lifesaver for staying connected with clients while traveling.

The hotel was further from the town center than we anticipated, making it difficult to access restaurants and entertainment options without a significant cost for transportation. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt more traditional and lacked some of the modern amenities we were expecting.

I always stay at this hotel. Staff helped me find good places to eat. The hotel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, paid parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, a bar. Coming back for Christmas!

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip to Spain and back to the UK, and we loved it! The location is perfect, just off the highway and not too far from a shopping center. The area is quiet, with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also has a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient, and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay.
